In this role you will serve as the technical lead for key accounts, blending deep semiconductor process knowledge with customer-facing leadership. You will align product priorities with account objectives, optimize manufacturing processes, and demonstrate Lam technologies to drive customer success. You’ll collect feedback to fuel continuous improvement and collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams. This is an opportunity to shape how Lam’s solutions scale with strategic customers and across markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts as the primary technical contact
Drive priority alignment between account teams and the clean product line for market penetration and defenses
Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for efficiency and performance
Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Lam Research technologies
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive improvement and innovation
Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams on Lam technologies
Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development to align customer needs with company objectives

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD
Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong Chinese communication preferred
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
