In this role you will drive strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. You will work within the Strategy and Corporate Development team to evaluate opportunities, lead cross-functional diligence, and manage end-to-end transactions. The position involves high-visibility engagement with executives and tight timelines, requiring strong judgment and clear, persuasive communication. You will shape investment theses, prioritize diligence, and support portfolio initiatives with the Advanced Technology group. Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships aligned with growth strategy
Develop investment theses and value creation hypotheses for potential transactions
Coordinate cross-functional diligence with internal teams and external advisors
Manage end-to-end transaction workflows: diligence, structuring, approvals, and close
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders on deal documentation and negotiations
Monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure governed execution
Prepare executive materials and board-ready recommendations with clear deal rationale and impact

Key requirements

10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related field with complex M&A experience
Experience in a public healthcare company and with product/project management programs is valued
Background in medical devices, digital health, medtech, investment banking, or strategy consulting
Executive-level communication and strong financial modeling/valuation expertise
Ability to present to C-suite and maintain clear, actionable insights
Strategic thinker with analytical synthesis skills and collaborative mindset
Willingness to travel for deal execution and engagements
