This position works with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.Qualifications:SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s ge

Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care
- Collaborate with clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens
- Lead or participate in clinical governance and program development
- Support compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements
Key requirements
- Licensed physician in the State of Alaska
- Current American Board certification in a specialty appropriate for the service
- Meets associate medical staff membership and privileges requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required by scope
- Two years post-residency experience as a physician or demonstrated proficiency at SCF
- Native Preference applicable under policy
- Compliance with Employee Health requirements and required immunizations before start date
