In this role you will own and govern product data across the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency of BOMs and master data. You will work with cross-functional teams to support product changes, NPIs, and data-driven process improvements within PLM and related systems. You will apply data standards and governance to prevent issues that affect internal processes and customer-facing systems. This position offers the chance to influence data quality and system adoption across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality, contributing to a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Create, update and maintain product data and BOMs with correct versioning
- Support NPI and product changes by coordinating release readiness and approvals in PLM or related systems
- Apply data standards, naming conventions and governance rules for high data quality
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and other teams for timely data updates and clear communication
- Document and optimize workflows, promote best practices, train teams, and drive PLM system adoption across functions
Key requirements
- 5+ years in data management, product administration, engineering support, or operational coordination
- Experience with PLM, ERP, or supply chain systems (Enovia, SAP, o9, or similar) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of master data management, data accuracy, and structured processes
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and structured, organized working style
- Good verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams
- Proactive, supportive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
