In this role you will shape Vanguard's enterprise marketing strategy and drive high-impact campaigns. You will lead thought leadership programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into measurable initiatives. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, benchmark performance, and ensure compliance as you influence senior stakeholders. This is a chance to influence brand positioning and accelerate growth within personal investor, advice, and wealth management audiences. Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Build and execute a scalable thought leadership strategy and content ecosystem
Partner with senior leaders and various business units to integrate initiatives
Direct multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social, events, webinars) for measurable impact
Inform planning with industry trends, competitive intel, and consumer insights
Develop and own a robust marketing measurement framework to track KPIs
Ensure marketing activities comply with legal, risk, and audit standards
Craft high-impact materials for executive communications
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Key requirements

Minimum eight years related work experience, three years in marketing
Broad knowledge of Vanguard's investment product line-up and markets
Undergraduate degree in Marketing (Graduate degree preferred)
