As Marketing Manager CRM at Immoweb, you will define and own the CRM vision for millions of users, aligning B2C retention with B2B lifecycle management. You’ll bridge Product, Tech, Sales, and Data to turn data into personalized experiences across Web and App. You’ll shape segmentation, journeys and communications to drive growth while safeguarding brand consistency. This role offers high impact across Belgium’s property market with a data-driven, cross-functional team. You’ll lead with AI-enabled automation and real-time activation to elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the holistic CRM strategy for B2C retention and B2B lifetime value
  • Define and automate end-to-end B2B customer journeys with Sales and Customer Care
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech and Go-To-Market to launch data-driven products for B2B clients
  • Build robust data infrastructure and real-time/batch activation triggers for campaigns
  • Guard brand consistency across channels and ensure premium user experience
  • Lead advanced segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing to improve engagement KPIs
  • Manage the tech stack (SFMC, Data Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics, Airship) for Email, App Push, and SMS
  • Own campaign design, audience segmentation, and timing of deliveries
  • Introduce AI to automate workflows and enhance predictive messaging
  • Monitor deliverability and campaign performance to optimize results

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Lifecycle Management
  • Expert-level knowledge of Marketing Automation tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Airship preferred
  • Strong understanding of Data Architecture, CDP concepts, and dashboard analysis (cohort analytics, scoring evolution)
  • Strategic experience with tooling migrations and RFP processes
  • UX/UI sensibility and compelling brand storytelling informed by data
  • Fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch
