Responsibilities

Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments
Translate complex Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, and Omics workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions
Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and shaping customer workflows
Act as the voice of the customer to identify trends, unmet needs, and workflow opportunities
Partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable field execution and influence portfolio strategy
Support progression from early interest to validated opportunities and establish referenceable customer outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Leica's market position and drive adoption

Key requirements

PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with strong understanding of advanced research workflows
Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies
Ability to translate scientific concepts into practical use cases and value propositions
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience in market opportunity assessment and pipeline development
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to travel 30-40% and meet field/portfolio needs
