Manufacturing Scale-Up Lead

In this role you will drive the scale-up of proprietary chemical or biochemical processes from lab/pilot to commercial production through external CMOs. You will own tech transfer, creating SOPs, batch records, and control strategies for contract manufacturers, and lead the vendor selection and onboarding of CMOs. You will act as the technical lead during first-of-kind and early commercial runs, solving scale-up challenges and ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets. This position offers cross-functional impact across R&D, quality, supply chain, and regulatory, in a remote-friendly setup with periodic travel.
