In this role, you lead a technical team to design, deploy and support manufacturing-controlling solutions across Richemont’s global operations. You’ll align the technical roadmap with product strategy and enterprise architecture, leveraging ERP and analytics platforms to drive real-time, data-driven manufacturing performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions while building capabilities and guiding a high-performing team. This is a chance to shape digital transformation across 30+ European sites and multiple Maisons.

Responsibilities

Define a technical vision and roadmap aligned with product strategy and enterprise architecture
Lead and develop a technology team of consultants delivering manufacturing-controlling solutions
Ensure architecture and security guardrails are followed across projects
Prepare budget and plan team capacity to support initiatives for the Maisons
Coordinate with other teams to manage integration topics and ensure smooth delivery

Key requirements

Master in Industrial / Manufacturing Controlling
7+ years of experience in industrial environments (production and IT) with a consulting background
Strong experience delivering full lifecycle Manufacturing ERP deployments (design to run)
Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset
Experience designing business solutions based on SAP CO; knowledge of Anaplan and Data Analytics Platforms preferred
Understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies (APIs)
Experience in Agile/Scrum development and software customization lifecycle
Team management experience including budget tracking and planning
Excellent communication of technical concepts to management and peers
Fluent in French and English
