In this role you will lead the treasury management strategy at Sunflower Bank, driving growth and client engagement. You will manage key relationships, oversee proposals and bid responses, and coordinate product delivery across lines. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll shape treasury solutions for major accounts and mentor others. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development of banking products and client solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute treasury management growth and business development strategies
- Manage relationships with key clients and prospects
- Complete RFPs and proposals for all branch locations
- Coordinate delivery of bank products to major accounts
- Chair bid-related committee and prepare bid responses
- Drive growth in major accounts and connect them to relevant bank areas
- Lead treasury management product strategy and assist with customer/prospect presentations
- Mentor treasury management team and business partners
- Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations and bank policies
- Participate in Community Reinvestment Act activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years banking, treasury management, or financial services experience
- Minimum 5 years leadership and business development experience
- Strong knowledge of treasury management products, banking, and regulatory requirements
