In this role you lead operations, growth, and delivery excellence across multiple markets within a defined sub‑region. You connect regional strategy with market execution, driving business development, consistent delivery, financial performance, and talent growth. You act as a senior advisor on major pursuits, promote capabilities at events, and escalate cross‑market delivery issues. You shape the sub‑region’s performance while upholding Cushman & Wakefield’s DRIVE values.

Responsibilities
- Translate and execute regional strategy at sub‑region level
- Ensure operational alignment and consistent delivery across markets
- Review market performance, client satisfaction, and business needs with Market Leaders
- Lead business development across markets and drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Support major pursuits as senior advisor with Marketing and service lines
- Represent the sub‑region at industry events and internal forums
- Implement standardized delivery practices, risk protocols, and assurance processes
- Serve as escalation point for multi‑market project challenges and client concerns
- Capture and share cross‑market insights to elevate service quality
- Manage sub‑regional forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial performance
- Partner with Market Leaders for accurate financial planning and accountability
- Monitor revenue drivers, profitability targets, and resource utilization
- Mentor and develop Market Leaders and key talent
- Partner with HR on performance management and succession planning
- Foster a culture aligned with DRIVE values
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience managing multi‑market operations and client‑facing delivery teams
- Strong financial acumen and proven track record in business development
