In this role, you will lead the West PNP practice, shaping strategy, growth, and client delivery. You’ll partner with Producers, Associates, and the Center to attract and retain clients, manage capacity, and mitigate risks. You drive renewal strategies, workflow improvements, and national growth initiatives while developing talent and fostering collaboration across the organization. This is a mission-driven, transformation-oriented leadership role with a strong emphasis on client impact, partnership, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the West PNP strategy and P&L, partnering with Producers, Associates, and the Center to grow and retain clients
- Coordinate with Producers to manage Associate capacity and deal flow
- Identify and communicate business needs and potential solutions
- Forecast and mitigate risks and challenges
- Create a structured, professional team with segmentation and specialization
- Develop and execute renewal and service strategies with clients and markets
- Design and monitor workflows to support growth and operations
- Foster partnerships with Private / Non-Profit insurance markets and vendors
- Assess client deliverables gaps and leverage internal/external resources to improve outcomes (including third-party data vendors)
- Develop, maintain, and monitor a national growth plan
- Negotiate and close large, complex deals
- Support Associate recruitment, retention, and development across the PNP practice
- Coach and mentor mid-career staff
- Research industry trends and regulations
- Manage team performance and develop intellectual capital for the practice
