Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high-impact engagements across industries and accounting topics
- Serve as a strategic advisor on technical accounting, transactions, and regulatory reporting
- Own and cultivate long-term client relationships and drive growth
- Mentor and develop teams; contribute to thought leadership and training programs
- Support firm-wide growth strategies and business development initiatives
- Guide clients on financial statements and regulatory filings (SEC/GAAP) and capital markets activities
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce; Master’s preferred
- 14+ years in accounting, finance, or consulting; Big 4 experience
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial transactions
- Proven ability to lead executive-level client relationships and large engagements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; track record of team leadership
