Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle engagements across strategic finance, data analytics, accounting advisory, finance transformation, finance function integration and interim financial leadership
Advise executives, private equity sponsors, lenders, and management on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and value creation strategies
Provide strategic and technical guidance on complex accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842) and transaction-related accounting matters
Lead clients through transformation and transaction scenarios (M&A, carveouts, operating model transformation, technology implementation, sales/acquisitions)
Build, deploy, and maintain scalable processes, frameworks, methodologies, and analytical tools for middle-market OCFO functions
Design and integrate performance indicators, dashboards and analytics tools across diverse datasets (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)
Recommend and lead ERP, financial close, consolidation, and automation system implementations
Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, providing technical and business advisory and interim management as needed
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members and lead internal trainings
Lead business development and client relationship efforts; drive talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
15+ years of progressive experience in financial consulting, strategic finance, audit, banking or performance improvement with exposure to middle-market companies
Experience leading finance and accounting functions and/or finance transformations
Proficiency creating analytical, data-driven solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python
Experience with ERP/financial technology tools (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, OneStream, FloQast, Adaptive, Kyriba)
Superior written and verbal communication, executive-ready presentation skills
Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams with high attention to detail and ownership mindset
Proven client-facing, high-pressure project experience
