In this role you drive the growth of FNB's loan syndications, leading a transactor team to originate and execute deals while shaping pricing and structure. You oversee risk considerations across large credits and mentor bankers on capital markets. You will source opportunities across the footprint and represent syndications in senior committees, contributing to the bank’s strategic objectives. You’ll influence cross-sell opportunities and develop market-facing materials to win new clients.

Responsibilities

Manage all deal marketing and origination activities and analyze market data
Create and present pitch materials with market data, analytics, and industry context
Build proforma financial models for various capital structures and financing scenarios
Develop a library of marketing materials and maintain investor and deal databases
Engage with bankers to generate client opportunities and lead syndicated loan transactions
Support cross-sell initiatives and participate in senior loan committee and credit review processes
Educate bankers on capital markets, provide training on loan documentation, and corporate finance modeling
Oversee risk management for large credit relationships and participate in special assignments

Key requirements

BA or BS; 15+ years of relevant experience
Experience in loan syndications, investment banking, or commercial banking with bank credit training
Excellent management, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to use a PC and job-related software; MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic)
MBA preferred
