In this role you drive Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Life Sciences platform, aligning strategic growth with clients’ real estate capital programs. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end life sciences solutions and serve as a senior sponsor for key clients and capital programs. You shape platform direction, ensure consistent delivery across markets, and build senior relationships to grow multi-service engagements. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of life sciences and real estate, offering the chance to influence large-scale portfolio execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Americas Life Sciences platform, setting strategy and growth priorities aligned with clients' capital programs
- Deliver integrated life sciences solutions across planning, transactions, development, and execution in collaboration with sector, regional, and service line leadership
- Ensure consistent positioning and delivery of life sciences services across markets
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic life sciences clients and priority programs
- Drive thought leadership and platform visibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Support pursuits tied to capital planning, development, and portfolio execution across markets
- Foster senior client relationships to enable multi-service engagement and growth
- Oversee capital planning, development strategy, and portfolio execution for life sciences clients
- Provide leadership to align client expectations with execution capability
- Represent Cushman & Wakefield at life sciences forums and client events
- Bring deep technical understanding of life sciences environments (R&D, lab, manufacturing, regulated facilities) to engagements
- Ensure staffing and technical depth through collaboration with delivery and controls leadership
- Identify and address talent or capability gaps, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- Coordinate across brokerage, advisory, delivery, and controls to support integrated solutions
- Promote cross-region coordination for multi-market programs
- Align local execution with broader platform objectives and collaborate with global teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 15+ years of experience in life sciences real estate, capital projects, or development programs
- Strong understanding of life sciences facilities and capital delivery considerations
- Experience in business development and senior client relationship management
- Background in real estate, construction, development, or brokerage (preferred)
- Experience across multiple service lines and geographies within a professional services firm
- Comfort operating at an executive level with sophisticated life sciences clients
