In this role, you lead and grow Baker Tilly’s Family Office practice in the Dallas market, delivering integrated accounting and advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and offices. You will manage complex client engagements, build long-term trusted relationships, and drive strategic growth across service lines. You’ll leverage your network with attorneys, private bankers, and wealth professionals to expand client engagements. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex client engagements for ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships
  • Drive strategic growth of the Family Office practice in the Dallas market
  • Cultivate and expand a portfolio of key client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing engagements
  • Represent Baker Tilly in the Dallas business community and with centers of influence
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Develop and maintain an executive presence with clients and stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Twelve (12)+ years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting, advisory, or family office services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA preferred; JD or MBA encouraged
  • Strong GAAP technical expertise; experience with partnership structures and fund management companies
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and other Family Office-centric software
  • Proven business development and client relationship growth experience
  • Established professional network in Dallas-Fort Worth with attorneys, private bankers, wealth advisors, and family office leaders
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client service skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
  • Executive presence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Tax experience or exposure preferred
