Responsibilities

Lead growth by expanding ERM’s Impact Assessment & Planning services in New Jersey
Sell and deliver consulting services as a 'seller/doer' across projects
Provide technical leadership overseeing DLRP permitting efforts
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team
Deepen client engagement and establish new long-term partnerships
Collaborate globally with ERM to share best practices and integrated solutions

Key requirements

4+ years of consulting experience with NJDEP DLRP and multi-media permitting
Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies in New Jersey
Established relationships with electric and gas utilities and NJDEP DLRP staff
Strong technical expertise in environmental permitting and impact assessment
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and generating repeat business
