In this role you drive Cloud & AI security initiatives for enterprise clients. You will shape security strategies, design secure cloud/AI architectures, and guide the deployment of advanced security solutions. You’ll lead and grow the team, influence the service offering, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while managing project portfolios. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable security maturity.

Responsibilities

Contribute to business development and team growth
Shape and evolve the Cloud & AI Security service offering
Act as strategic advisor to clients on security maturity
Lead and coordinate teams on key engagements
Manage financials of projects and portfolios

Key requirements

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
6+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in consulting or cloud/OEM environments with cloud security focus
Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, and DevSecOps
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving
Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted advisory relationships
Ability to work independently and in teams; willingness to travel domestically and internationally
