Responsibilities
- Advise on due diligence reports for transactions (commercial, digital, tech, data)
- Conduct digital business model analyses for private equity clients
- Support development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives
- Identify advisory needs, structure problems, and aid in solution development
- Analyze AI impact on business models and applications
- Maintain cross-project collaboration with internal digital expert teams
- Prepare client presentations
- Lead workshops, client meetings, research, and business analyses for projects
Key requirements
- University degree in business, economics, computer science, or related discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant work experience in digital industries: strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or commercial DD
- Strong affinity for technology (digital marketing, tech, AI)
- Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented, team-oriented, with a passion for work
- Fluent English; German ideally
