As Manager, you lead multi-stakeholder supply chain projects within a fast-growing, PE-backed advisory. You will shape strategies, improve efficiency, and drive value creation for clients across procurement, logistics, planning, and manufacturing. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement change and embed new ways of working. This role offers exposure to international engagements and the opportunity to build the SCM practice within Interpath's broader growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing projects addressing performance bottlenecks, cost drivers, and risks across supply chain functions
- Shape operating models, network footprints, inventory strategies, and supplier portfolios aligned with client goals
- Reduce costs and improve cash conversion through working capital improvements
- Lead or contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, including restructurings and acquisition integrations
- Engage with procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers to ensure adoption of recommendations
- Assist in risk and resilience planning to diversify suppliers and strengthen operating models
- Improve processes and systems, implement best-practice planning methods, and advocate ERP/S&OP-IBP adoption
- Participate in business development and marketing activities and support expanding the SCM footprint
