In this role you translate the global SHE framework into compliant, high-impact programs for NA operations, strengthening safety culture and protecting the license to operate. You will work across sites to ensure regulatory excellence, lead audits and continuous improvement, and coach teams toward accountable risk mitigation. This role offers leadership impact at local and global levels within a multinational, manufacturing-focused environment. You will shape safety and environmental outcomes by aligning global standards with regional regulatory realities.

Responsibilities
- Translate global SHE strategy into US-compliant programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FL, NJ, NY, WI)
- Protect the License to Operate across manufacturing and office locations
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance
- Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance responses
- Develop annual SHE goals, budgets, and performance targets
- Coach leadership and frontline teams on risk mitigation and regulatory requirements
- Build a culture anchored in the I AM SAFE philosophy
- Balance global standards with local regulatory complexity across multiple sites
Key requirements
- BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; 7+ years SHE leadership in manufacturing; strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMP environments, Wastewater and environmental compliance, Clean Air Act; experience with inspections/regulatory agencies
