In this role you will lead and shape people-related transformation programs within KPMG’s People & Change practice in Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients. You’ll drive HR strategy, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, leveraging analytics and AI capabilities. You will build strong client relationships, contribute to intellectual capital, and help grow the practice across the Barcelona and Madrid teams. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional client engagements with stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and deliverable development; manage project scope, timelines, and budgets; coach junior team members.
Guide project teams to deliver high-quality outputs and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop the practice's intellectual capital through methodologies, thought leadership, and internal knowledge assets.
Foster client and prospect relationships to understand challenges and identify value opportunities.
Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and supporting client presentations.

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is a plus
7–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in HR Transformation, Human Capital or People & Change
Experience defining and implementing HR Target Operating Models (processes, service delivery, governance)
Experience with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or ServiceNow
Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan a plus
HR technology certifications (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) or related certifications valued
