As part of KPMG’s Enterprise Platform team, you will lead HR Digital Transformation programs using SAP SuccessFactors in complex, multinational settings. You will shape target HR processes and operating models, drive end-to-end delivery, and engage senior stakeholders to ensure adoption and impact. You’ll work with diverse clients including public sector organizations, contributing to new opportunities and building high-performing project teams. Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, focusing on core modules
- Define functional blueprints, target HR processes and operating models aligned with best practices
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, configuration, integrations, testing, cut-over, go-live and hypercare
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, facilitating workshops and key project decisions
- Coordinate delivery, testing and change management to ensure quality and adoption
- Manage relationships with complex clients, contribute to business development and partnerships
- Lead and develop project teams, mentor junior consultants and promote innovation
- Involved in national and international projects with public sector clients
- Collaborate with highly qualified professionals in a global context
Key requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS projects
- Proven design, implementation and governance of complex HR solutions
- Led end-to-end initiatives on key SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, Learning)
- Experience with senior stakeholders and C-levels, defining strategic blueprints and supervising project phases
- Business development experience: bids, presales, partnerships
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering innovation
- Fluency in English; international/multi-country work experience
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
