In this role you will lead and grow our software/SaaS sales in mobility, serving Italy and Greece. You will coach a sales team, shape go-to-market strategies, and engage senior stakeholders across public and private sectors. You’ll drive growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts while collaborating with product, marketing, and delivery teams. This position offers strategic impact in a fast-moving mobility tech company with a strong emphasis on teamwork and empowerment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team with clear targets
- Develop and execute a mobility-focused SaaS/software sales strategy
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Negotiate with senior stakeholders and close high-value opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with municipalities, public authorities, and mobility providers
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to enable cohesive go-to-market
- Support bids, proposals, and RFP responses with pre-sales and technical teams
- Monitor KPIs and forecast pipeline; report performance to senior leadership
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years software sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven SaaS/subscription software sales experience, ideally in mobility or smart city sectors
- Strong understanding of public procurement and enterprise sales processes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Native Italian and fluent English
