Responsibilities

Develop and implement a data-driven maintenance and logistics roadmap aligned with lifecycle goals
Lead a team of Data Scientists and Solution Architects, fostering collaboration and innovation
Resource, budget, and priority management for data teams to ensure cost-effective projects
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Services, and Proposals to implement innovations
Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular insights to senior management
Engage with vendors, research partners, customers, and technology providers for external expertise
Stay informed on industry trends and identify new opportunities in ship maintenance
Drive overall strategy for improving ship operations and lifecycle product support services

Key requirements

3+ years driving innovations in maritime/ offshore maintenance, repair, and logistics support
Knowledge of data ethics, data compliance, and data security
Bachelor in Shipbuilding or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Strong references and security screening eligibility
Permanent EU citizenship and passport (due to military nature of projects)
