In this role you lead a team of Account Executives to win new business and expand Docusign’s footprint in enterprise accounts. You drive coaching, forecast accuracy, and proactive deal management within Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Insurance verticals. You partner with cross-functional teams and senior executives to close complex deals and accelerate adoption of Docusign solutions. The position combines people leadership with strategic account planning in a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to shape the enterprise sales motion at a market-leading CLM/e-signature company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities and pipeline reviews with the team
- Drive revenue growth within enterprise accounts (new logos and expansion)
- Forecast accuracy and performance assessment; identify required improvements
- Coach and develop sales skills (vertical market management, prospecting, negotiations)
- Lead complex negotiations leveraging senior executives to maximize results
- Ensure consistent use of sales tools and adherence to engagement rules
- Communicate product and business needs to corporate teams; support sales cycle with executive leverage
- Develop and execute upgrade/renewal strategies; ensure CRM and data governance compliance
- Hire and mentor culturally aligned team members; foster professional development
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Key requirements
- 5+ years of people management in software sales (Enterprise, SMB, or Midmarket)
- 8+ years of software and/or services sales experience
- BA/BS in business or a technical field from an accredited university
