Manager, Laboratory Services FT Days

In this role you supervise and support the clinical laboratory and pathology operations at Garfield Medical Center, ensuring efficient day-to-day performance and alignment with quality standards. You lead staff, organize duties, and drive training, evaluation, and motivation to maintain high performance. You manage testing workflows including point-of-care, oversee quality management, and evaluate turnaround times, proficiency testing, and projects. You collaborate with internal teams and external facilities to support patient care and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic lab environment.
