As Manager - IT Due Diligence, you will lead technology-focused assessments for buy- and sell-side transactions and help unlock value through IT diagnostics. You’ll partner with deal teams to translate technical findings into commercial insights and support post-deal value creation. The role combines analysis, client interaction, and team leadership to strengthen Interpath’s IT due diligence capability and portfolio value.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Due Diligence engagements for strategic and financial sponsors (buy-side and sell-side)
- Assess IT landscapes, architecture, infrastructure, and applications to identify risks and deal implications
- Analyze technology-related costs, technical debt, scalability, and investment needs
- Conduct IT diagnostics to support value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
- Translate technical findings into clear commercial insights for investors and deal teams
- Support pre-deal assessments and post-deal value creation planning
- Contribute to client deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Manage workstreams and junior team members across engagements
- Support business development and growth of Interpath's IT Due Diligence capability
