As Manager Financial Planning Systems & Analytics, you shape financial transparency to enable superior decision-making across a global, technology-driven organization. You own SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as the functional product owner, driving planning, forecasting, and performance insights in line with ASML’s long-term strategy. You design scalable planning solutions and data models, partnering with Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure end-to-end consistency. This role offers impact across corporate budgeting, MORs, and scenario analysis, within a collaborative, innovation-forward culture. Responsibilities
- Act as the functional product owner and SME for SAC planning and reporting
- Own and manage the SAC roadmap, capturing requirements and prioritizing enhancements
- Design and maintain SAC data models, workflows, templates, and logic with SAP/HANA/BW integration
- Ensure high-quality planning information for forecasting, long-term plan, corporate budgeting, and MOR
- Develop performance insights, financial narratives, and scenario analysis for senior management
- Translate KPI definitions into scalable planning logic with governance
- Identify manual planning activities and drive automation via integrated planning capabilities
- Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business teams for end-to-end consistency and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in business economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- 10-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business control, or finance transformation
- Strong experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems, including SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience with ERP or BI platforms such as SAP BW or SAP HANA
- Involvement in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance cycles
- Background in financial modeling, management reporting, and scenario analysis
- Experience in a complex, international, technology-driven environment
