In this role you lead and professionalize Farm Management Support (FMS) within the Feeding domain to help dairy farmers, advisers and Lely Centers use Feeding products more sustainably and profitably. You steer a cross-functional team, shape processes and standards, and translate regional insights into global feeding strategy. You will drive adoption, optimization and deployment of Feeding solutions while collaborating with product and field teams. This is an international, impact-focused role at a pioneering campus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the FMS Feeding team, focusing on competency, structure and collaboration

Key requirements

Completed university degree or equivalent level
At least 3 years of managerial experience or in a comparable role
Experience with or strong affinity for agriculture, preferably dairy farming
Project and process management experience, bringing structure to content-driven teams
Strong relationship-building skills with field teams and management
Excellent command of English (other languages welcome)

Coaching leadership Strategic thinking balanced with practical execution Strong communication and collaboration across international teams Knowledge of nutrition, data and farm management systems Experience with adoption and training processes Understanding of automation and data-driven feeding
