As a Manager in Finance Transformation for the Financial Services sector, you drive and govern M&A-related finance integration initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT, manage stakeholders including regulators and advisors, and shape the migration and integration plan. You’ll identify applicable workstreams, assess CFO-related process impacts, and support client pitches for M&A and related CFO opportunities. Responsibilities

Define and execute activities to succeed in an M&A event
Support bank authorization processes
Identify workstreams for integration projects
Assess impacts on business and IT processes (CFO domains)
Govern the transaction with migration planning and fulfilments management
Manage stakeholders (business, IT, regulators, advisors)
Coordinate Deloitte’s working groups and other teams
Support business development and post-M&A opportunities
Prepare client pitches for M&A and CFO-related opportunities
Participate in marketing and networking activities

Key requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
7–9 years of experience in business consulting
Proven M&A expertise with IT implications
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide SME guidance
Proficiency in English and Italian for FS stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization
Awareness of AI/Gen-AI trends
Strategic leadership across multiple FS activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
