Join LivaNova as Manager, Enterprise Risk Management where you oversee the ERM framework across the enterprise. You will lead risk assessments, run risk workshops, and consolidate data to identify trends, guiding risk response planning with business units. You’ll own AuditBoard Risk Oversight and ensure system accuracy, training users as needed. You will also manage the business continuity program, lead tests, and align continuity with ERM, while supporting crisis management and executive reporting to the ELT and Board. This role strengthens risk governance and resilience to support patient-centered innovation.

Responsibilities
- Manage ERM roadmap milestones to enhance risk maturity
- Lead risk assessments and facilitate workshops with business units
- Analyze and consolidate risk data to identify trends and emerging risks
- Collaborate with units to develop risk response plans
- Serve as system owner for AuditBoard Risk Oversight; maintain data integrity and provide training
- Manage the business continuity program (BCP) and lead tests/exercises
- Collaborate with Crisis Management Lead to align crisis and BCP
- Prepare risk insights and dashboards for ELT and Board; support regulatory reporting
Key requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise risk management, audit, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000; risk frameworks and BCP
- Proficiency with AuditBoard or similar risk management platforms
- Experience preparing reports for executive leadership and boards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
