Experteer Overview

Lead the Central Tracking UI SDK team to deliver a high-performance native UI layer across Delivery Hero brands. You will bridge mobile platforms with backend services, owning architecture, API contracts, and SDK adoption. You’ll mentor a mobile engineering team, ensure end-to-end quality, and drive data-driven metrics for SDK performance across brands. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic collaboration to unify the global tracking experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development of native iOS and Android UI SDKs aligned with backend services
Define and govern API contracts for UI SDK and tracking infrastructure
Provide technical direction in collaboration with product and cross-functional teams
Bridge central team and regional brand engineers to ensure smooth SDK adoption
Mentor and develop a team of mobile engineers, fostering excellence and accountability
Own the Definition of Done for the stack, with rigorous UI and integration testing
Own tech metrics and KPIs for SDK performance, latency, and integration health across brands

Key requirements

At least 1 year of formal engineering team leadership
Deep technical knowledge of Android or iOS
Strong understanding of BFF architectures and mobile consumption of backend services
Experience reviewing RFCs and API documentation
Experience with or building Design Systems
Ability to prioritize high-impact features and maintain code quality
Full professional English proficiency
Bonus: experience with Flutter
