In this role, you will lead digital media purchasing for a broad automotive retail network, shaping multi-brand campaigns to generate leads, showroom visits, service bookings, and vehicle sales. You’ll align media buying with strategy across search, social, programmatic, and video, coordinating with our agency to ensure best-in-class execution. You will optimize budgets, pacing, and compliance, while scaling inventory-driven efforts and mentoring a team of buyers. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital media buying for ~60 dealerships across brands and regions
  • Oversee campaign execution across search, social, programmatic, display, OTT, and video to deliver leads and sales
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and optimization for rooftop campaigns
  • Ensure OEM co-op compliance and approvals across multiple manufacturers
  • Oversee inventory-driven media strategies (dynamic inventory ads, VIN-level targeting, retargeting)
  • Serve as primary liaison between marketing strategy and buying agency
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for accuracy, efficiency, and quality across campaigns
  • Coach and develop a team of media buyers responsible for in-platform execution
  • Evaluate new platforms, technologies, and vendors to improve media effectiveness and support sales goals

Key requirements

  • 5-7+ years in digital media buying or performance marketing
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Experience in automotive retail or agency managing tier-3 automotive accounts preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, advertising, or related fields
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360, or major automotive platforms preferred
