In this role you lead a 6–8 person data analytics team focused on website data extraction for OpenData Commercial. You oversee crawler configuration with our toolchain and data processing via Python scripts, ensuring data freshness and availability for customers. You’ll contribute to ad-hoc analyses and visual reporting, partnering with product managers to deliver timely insights. This role combines leadership with hands-on data extraction work to drive customer success.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–8 data analysts, including hiring and performance management
- Coordinate team workload with product managers
- Ensure high-quality extracted data
- Choose appropriate data extraction and crawling tools for the team
- Guarantee timely delivery of data and reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a technical team
- Strong practices in version control and code reviews
- Hands-on experience building robust and scalable crawlers
- Solid understanding of data structures and data models
- Project and task management skills
- Basic understanding of Python
