In this role you will drive the design and delivery of AI-ready data solutions, collaborating with the AI domain to tackle complex data engineering challenges. You will lead a high-performing team and engage with clients to align data strategies with business objectives. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic oversight to modernize data architectures for advanced analytics. This is a chance to shape data platforms that empower client decisions at scale, within a collaborative, innovation-focused CoE.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team
Engage with clients to assess needs and present strategic proposals
Oversee design/implementation of scalable data pipelines (Databricks PySpark Delta Lake, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Fabric)
Manage data integration processes
Enforce data quality, observability, lineage, and metadata management
Drive data modernization to AI-ready architectures for advanced analytics
Supervise data profiling and cleansing to ensure data quality
Lead streaming systems implementation for real-time processing

Key requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field
5-7 years of relevant experience
Managerial experience in data engineering, preferably in consulting or financial services
Strong hands-on Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure experience
Expertise in data processing, cloud data architecture, and data warehouse principles
Experience in Data Governance, Unity Catalog, and/or MS Purview
Excellent Python and SQL programming skills
Strong client engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Spanish
