Responsibilities

Lead two team leaders and support their development
Directly manage quality control and assurance teams in development, follow-up, and performance
Ensure manufactured products meet drawings, specifications, certifications, and customer requirements
Collaborate with production, engineering, operations and project management to stabilize processes and uphold quality governance
Ensure customer requirements are implemented and followed during manufacturing
Lead improvement plans in quality and manufacturing processes

Key requirements

5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, quality engineering, or production-related quality roles
5+ years of leadership experience in operational and technical environments
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
Experience improving quality processes, methods, and ways of working (Lean Six Sigma)
Experience leading quality work in manufacturing and supporting stable, efficient production
Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP/Q-system
