Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role you will act as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of luxury fashion and beauty brand clients. You’ll partner with Sales to align on goals, drive upsell, and deliver data-backed recommendations to grow client value. You’ll solve day-to-day challenges, elevate executive conversations, and provide feedback to shape product development. This role sits within ShopMy’s Success function, helping scale our brand success model through cross-functional collaboration and high-touch client experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor and relationship owner for high-profile brand accounts
Partner with Sales to align on goals and unlock upsell opportunities
Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for client growth
Proactively identify and solve day-to-day business challenges across portfolio
Elevate conversations with brand stakeholders to maximize value and investment in ShopMy
Escalate meaningful product feedback to influence product development
Represent the voice of the client internally to ensure exceptional experiences across touchpoints

Key requirements

5+ years in strategic, client-facing roles (e.g., account management or management consulting)
Proven experience supporting high-profile or luxury brand clients
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong track record of retention, upsell, and elite client service
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker who connects the dots and proactively drives value
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
