Manager / Team Leader
Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage onboarding and integration of manufacturers for sourced medical devices to enable global, efficient commercial transactions across Olympus systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to design program architecture, drive supplier readiness, and ensure timely, compliant execution from deal close to Day 1. You’ll partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to secure a smooth, scalable product flow. This position offers impact across global operations with a focus on transformation and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Lead CMSO business development initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Drive program architecture and integrate new suppliers and products into Olympus systems
- Create and execute Commercial Readiness and CMSO task plans to stay on track
- Identify and monitor CMSO project risks and communicate status to stakeholders
- Coordinate with Quality to complete onboarding or qualification activities
- Manage master data updates for items and accounts in Olympus systems
- Support distribution agreement negotiations with Purchasing for key terms
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure Day 1 readiness and secure supply flow
- Identify labelling requirements for transaction readiness across the Olympus network
- Align global and regional CMSO efforts and build a regional resource network
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience in the medical device industry (global preferred)
- Experience onboarding/integrating new suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive solution approach
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead programs/projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working across cultures
- Understanding of supply chain operations, trade regulations, and logistics
- Knowledge of global regulatory/quality standards; willingness to travel up to 30%
