In this leadership role, you drive global brand and marketing planning, translating corporate strategy into prioritized global and local plans. You oversee cross-functional cycles, governance, and measurement to ensure transparent, comparable outcomes. You turn consumer insights into activation strategies and compelling briefs, guiding creative and media agencies. You operate at the intersection of brand, media, and digital innovation to shape scalable, digital-first activations. You partner with markets and leadership to align plans and deliver measurable impact on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global brand and marketing planning cycles and governance
  • Translate corporate strategy into prioritized global/local plans across channels
  • Develop and evolve global measurement and KPI frameworks
  • Monitor marketing and media trends and translate insights into pilots and playbooks
  • Act as primary interface between global strategy, finance, markets, and execution teams
  • Co-create with brand experts across 11 countries; facilitate workshops and senior decision forums
  • Oversee cross-functional projects with defined milestones, stakeholders, and outcomes
  • Drive digital-first activations from planning to post-evaluation
  • Ensure feasibility and alignment of plans with budgets and investments
  • Foster collaboration across global, regional, and local functions

Key requirements

  • Several years of global brand and marketing planning experience in large corporations or international organizations
  • Proven digital planning experience
  • Excellent structuring and synthesis skills to translate strategy into concrete plans
  • Ability to convert insights into activation strategies and compelling briefs
  • Strong business logic and financial mindset around budgets and investments
  • Solid understanding of digital media planning and measurement
  • Hands-on and analytical with a can-do approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management across global, regional, and local functions
  • Strong moderation and facilitation skills for senior decision-making
  • Structured project management skills with end-to-end ownership
  • Cultural awareness and international work experience
  • Open to leveraging AI in future-leading approaches
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum)
