Responsibilities

Lead high-impact projects and provide strategic advice to clients
Present insights, results and recommendations to clients’ top management
Develop marketing, sales, and pricing strategies for industrial companies
Interact with clients and colleagues across the world
Drive business development in new opportunity areas
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging

Key requirements

Five to seven years of industry-specific knowledge in consulting or experience at another consulting firm
Experience in managing projects with successful results
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a conscientious, dynamic attitude
Excellent communication abilities
Industry expertise in chemicals, building materials, and B2B sectors is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office
Motivated to build high-performing teams
