In this role, you ensure reliable operation, maintenance and safety of plant equipment and processes. You will blend hands-on maintenance with strong safety oversight to protect people and assets while supporting production continuity. You will lead maintenance planning, drive reliability improvements and embed a robust safety culture across the site. Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and structural equipment
- Ensure ongoing integrity and safe operation of plant systems
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize uptime
- Apply reliability and continuous improvement tools to boost performance and reduce downtime
- Monitor repair projects and coordinate with vendors and contractors for safe, compliant delivery
- Troubleshoot moderately complex equipment/process issues and escalate when needed
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of site health and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations and integrate safety into maintenance activities
- Support safety training, risk assessments, incident reviews, and root cause analyses
- Foster a strong safety culture with site leadership and manage contractor safety at the site
- Monitor safety metrics and support action planning to close gaps
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance, reliability, or health and safety experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
