In this role you drive program cost controls for the LTAMDS initiatives within Raytheon’s Operations and Supply Chain finance team. You will manage EAC development, variance analysis, and cost/schedule control on DFARS contracts using EVMS tools. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure financial commitments are met and contribute to proposals and budget planning. This onsite position offers exposure to advanced cost management in a mission-focused defense environment.

Responsibilities

Support quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) development with costs, risks and opportunities at the program/mission area level
Perform detailed financial analysis of total program and mission area cost elements to explain monthly variances
Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts
Support preparation of cost estimates for new proposals and assist Estimating/Program Analysts in developing basis of estimates
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP
Budget preparation and maintenance
Monthly Earned Value reporting in DFARS compliance and Raytheon policy (LREs, BCRs, IMS updates)

Key requirements

University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience
Experience with financial analysis
Experience Microsoft Excel (advanced skillset preferred)
Experience using SAP
