Responsibilities

Oversee inbound, in-house, and outbound logistics operations
Ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency through transportation planning
Manage relationships with carriers, warehouses, and 3PL partners
Drive team accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and corporate standards
Leverage ERP data and analytics to improve predictability and efficiency
Collaborate across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service

Key requirements

Education: Bachelor in Business Administration (as stated)
Experience: supply chain management with a focus on logistics in a manufacturing environment; minimum 4 years in a leadership role
Technical: SAP proficiency and strong knowledge of logistics and production planning processes
