In this role you will drive business development for Schneider Electric’s Life Sciences subsegment within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. You will design and execute a regional strategy, collaborating with Segment leaders and GTM teams to grow the Life Sciences portfolio. You’ll coach sales, build new customer relationships, and shape programs with regional partners. The role requires hybrid office presence and up to 50% travel, contributing to sustainable growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a strategic Business Development plan for Life Sciences territories
  • Collaborate with Segment Leader, Strategic Marketing, and Segment President to tailor value propositions
  • Execute regionally and locally with Operations and GTM stakeholders
  • Provide sales coaching and act as subject matter expert to deliver value to executives
  • Develop action and KPI-based sales plans with regional leaders
  • Represent Schneider Electric at sector fairs to boost subsegment sales
  • Identify and develop new customers and expand wallet share
  • Monitor subsegment ecosystem for partners and GTM opportunities
  • Share best practices with Subsegment Leader, BDMs and team
  • Support strategic work of the CPG organization with regional insights
  • Travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid model
  • Report to the Consumer-Packaged Goods Segment President

Key requirements

  • Understand Life Science market trends and customer needs
  • Knowledge of CPG Life Sciences value proposition and subsegment differentiation
  • Experience in matrix leadership across BUs and product departments
  • Experience in business model development and market adaptation
  • Ability to interact across global, regional, and local levels in a multinational organization
  • Proven commercial management of strategic accounts and complex markets
  • Track record of acquiring new customers and growing market share
  • Consultative approach when engaging with client executives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent challenges
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
