In this role, you drive business development within Schneider Electric’s Life Sciences focus for the Consumer-Packaged Goods organization. You define and execute a regional strategy to grow the Life Sciences subsegment, collaborating with marketing, operations, and GTM partners to unlock new customers and expand wallet share. You’ll coach sales, align regional targets, and participate in sector events to boost subsegment growth. This hybrid role balances regional leadership with travel, aiming to advance strategic initiatives and customer value. You will report to the CPG Segment President and contribute to a sustainable, high-impact growth agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a strategic BD plan for Life Sciences territories in collaboration with Segment Leadership
  • Ensure regional and local plan execution with cross-functional teams
  • Coach Sales and act as SME to deliver measurable value to customer executives
  • Develop regional action and sales targets with Zone/Cluster/Country leaders
  • Attend sector fairs and drive subsegment visibility to boost sales
  • Identify and acquire new customers and expand wallet within existing accounts
  • Screen the Subsegment ecosystem for partners and GTM opportunities
  • Share best practices with Subsegment Leader, BDMs and team
  • Support strategic work within the CPG Organization via collaboration with other functions
  • Work in a hybrid setup with 2 days on-site and up to 50% travel

Key requirements

  • Life Sciences market understanding
  • CPG value proposition knowledge for Life Sciences
  • Experience in matrix leadership across business units and product teams
  • Business model development experience
  • Multinational stakeholder experience (global, regional, local)
  • Proven commercial management and success in acquiring new customers
  • Consultative communication with executives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under urgency
  • willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
