Responsibilities

Lead a 10-lawyer team providing strategic and hands-on legal support
Build and strengthen commercial, IP and litigation practice for Spain and HQ
Draft, review and optimize commercial agreements and clause libraries
Ensure platform, product, antitrust, consumer and financial regulatory compliance
Oversee corporate housekeeping, governance policies, and corporate reporting
Manage HQ and local corporate affairs and special projects
Oversee litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution strategy and execution
Coordinate collaboration with internal teams and external counsel across geographies

Key requirements

At least 10 years in a legal department or top-tier firm
Experience in tech or fast-paced environments
Law Degree
Excellent English language skills
Strong multi-geography coordination and cross-functional communication
Problem solver, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to summarize complex matters
International profile, adaptable, collaborative and entrepreneurial
