Experteer Overview

As Legal Counsel at Qred, you own day-to-day legal operations across regulatory, corporate, privacy, and contract matters to accelerate growth. You’ll bridge complex rules with commercial execution as we scale fintech operations across Europe. You’ll draft and negotiate key agreements, advise on AML and GDPR, and translate regulatory updates into actionable requirements for product and regional expansion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, compliant growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory requirements across corporate, privacy, marketing, and contract law to support business growth
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partner agreements, and data processing agreements
  • Conduct legal research and create practical assessments to guide product development and geographic expansion
  • Advise on AML, GDPR, and other regulatory standards
  • Monitor legislative changes and translate updates into actionable business requirements for internal teams

Key requirements

  • A university degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience from a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in financial services or regulated environments
  • Solid working knowledge of corporate law, contract law, GDPR, and AML regulations
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
