Legal Counsel – Corporate Governance & Capital Markets (m/f/d)

As Legal Counsel in INNIO’s Corporate Governance & Capital Markets team, you help drive the Nasdaq listing process and ongoing US securities compliance. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure high-quality governance and reporting documents across cross-border matters. You’ll support regulatory filings, board governance, and legal entity management, contributing to a dynamic, international environment. This role offers meaningful exposure to capital markets work and governance at a growing, globally oriented energy technology company.
